GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
The present general conditions of sale govern the activity of the company DoOz, Sarl with a share capital of 9 000 € registered at the RCS of STRASBOURG under the number 819 918 657 00019. The office registered is located 19 rue des magasins 67000 Strasbourg. They are brought to the attention of any natural or legal person willing to make a purchase via the website https://www.doozescape.com and http://www.doozescape.fr and set the contractual terms and conditions applicable to any reservation made on this website. None of the conditions hereinafter are intended to harm or diminish the rights of participants.
ARTICLE 2 – APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These general conditions of sale are subject to the French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts are the only ones qualified. The present general conditions of sale are operative as of October 15, 2016.
ARTICLE 3 – ACTIVITY
The purpose of the DoOz Sarl is to conceive, organize and implement recreational and/or cultural activities, including indoor, outdoor and internet games, such as board games, role-playing games, escape game for individuals and professionals. The design, creation and achievement of architectural, technical and mechanical recreational rooms for the purpose of “escape game”. The marketing and sale of merchandise related to any activity carried out and consistent with the corporate purpose. The marketing of goods and the achievment of services necessary for the reception of the public within the framework of the company activity, such as the sale of beverages and snacks. The provision of premises and the rental of seminar spaces dedicated to groups of people and all services that are related to it. And, more generally, any industrial, commercial, financial, securities or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to facilitate their extension or development. All organized in the establishment located 19 Rue des Magasins in Strasbourg. The games are designed for teams of 2 to 4 people maximum or 2 to 6 people per room depending on the episode chosen. The room is fully privatized for a single and personal use, no third person can join a game.
